Would I be an employee of Keyboard Advisors?

No. As a member of our Sales Affiliate program you or your company would be a sub-contractor to Keyboard Advisors. You would brand and represent yourself as Keyboard Advisors, like a franchisee, but much different and better! We’ll be happy to walk you through the structure and benefits of this relationship approach. It’s a lot less scary than you might think.

Would I be able to sell products and services?

Yes. We provide pre-sales support, transact, and deliver on the sales of products, professional services, residencies/staff augmentation, and managed services.

What brands would I be able to sell?

We can support the sales of most mainstream IT products and services. If there are additional vendors that you would like us to partner with, we can generally accommodate those requests quickly.

Who can I sell to?

Almost any credit-worthy company, from SMB to Fortune 50, is a potential customer. Our legal team can generally provide quick turnaround on getting MSA’s or other paperwork in place with new customers.

Where can I sell?

We can service customers anywhere in the United States as well as several other global geographic regions.

Do I have to sign a non-compete with Keyboard Advisors?

While we do have some protectable interests, our philosophy is such that if you bring a customer relationship to us, you’re welcome to continue to do business with that customer even if you should leave us.

Where is the physical office of Keyboard Advisors?

We don’t have a physical office space. Our geographically distributed team works remotely. We find this gains us access to the best talent, offers the flexibility and efficiency of working from wherever you like, and keeps our overhead costs down, further enabling our generous payouts.

Can I work part-time or only full-time?

You’re not an employee and we don’t track your time. We invite you to work as many or as few hours as you like in order to drive the level of business that meets your goals.

Does Keyboard Advisors offer benefits?

As you will not be an employee, we do not offer medical or other employer-sponsored benefits. Nevertheless, there are many other benefits that come along with running your own business which we recommend you discuss with your accountant.

Do you pay a salary or draw to Sales Affiliates?

No. You are not our employee and we don’t assume cash-flow risk on our Sales Affiliates. We DO provide frequent and expedient account reconciliation and payouts so that if you are closing business then your cash-flow shouldn’t be an issue for either of us!

How can you afford to share such high percentage payouts as compared to those of a traditional reseller or systems integrator?

We thrive on quality, efficiency, and productivity. Our team pioneered the virtual services delivery model and we carry no utilization risk. Similarly, as you are engaged with Keyboard Advisors as an independent, we don’t carry risk with our Sales Affiliates either. This all adds up to less money squandered, lower overhead and higher margins for us, which we are happy to share with you.
